Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

We reserve the right to decline a request for treatment if, in the clinical judgement of our prescribing team, a treatment is not appropriate for you. Eligibility is assessed on an individual basis at each consultation.
All prescriptions are issued by a registered prescriber following review of your medical questionnaire. No medication will be dispensed without a valid prescription issued by an authorised clinician.
You must provide complete and truthful information during your consultation. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of your treatment and, where appropriate, may be reported to relevant authorities.
Our pharmacist will review and approve your order before dispatch. We are not able to guarantee approval, and approval is entirely at the clinical discretion of our team.
We do not replace your regular GP. You are encouraged to inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
If your order is declined following clinical review, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days. We are not responsible for any charges applied by your bank or card provider.
Once your order has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked, secure courier service.
Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure a safe and secure delivery address is provided.
Medications will be dispatched in discreet, temperature-appropriate packaging in line with storage requirements.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been issued and medication dispatched, we are unable to accept returns for safety and regulatory reasons.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including where we have reasonable concerns about patient safety or suitability.
We process your personal and medical data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Your data is used solely to provide you with safe and appropriate clinical care.
